I provide the serial number which you add to your NI account using their Native Access utility. The serial number has been manually removed from my NI account as I am upgrading from my full license for Komplete 9 to Komplete Ultimate see screenshot. No media is included so you will need to download via NI. Note: Komplete Select or Elements don't count as base products. Base license requirements A full version of Komplete (version 2 - 9). Check your NI account online as it will show if you are eligible to purchase an Update license. Important This is an Update and you require a base license registered to your NI account to be able to use it.
